Cherry blossoms near the water bloom later than on land.
In the latter half of the tour, visitors can also enjoy the flower confetti and the flower rafts flowing on the river’s surface.
This year, we’re offering a 30-minute private charter course on the Meguro River, departing from and returning to Gotanda!

*The maximum number of passengers for charter reservations is “8 people” including the count of dogs.
Large dogs (16kg~): 2 adults, Medium dogs (11~15kg) & Small dogs (~10kg): 1 adult.
Therefore, please pay attention to the number of people counted.

【Important Notice】
Changes to the reservation date due to customer convenience are permitted once per person, even if multiple reservations are made.
From the second change onward,  a ¥3,000 handling fee will be charged.

 Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy during the event will be as follows
Please contact us by e-mail.

~14 days before: Free of charge
13~7 days before: 30%.
6~3 days before: 50%.
2~1 days before: 70%.
Cancellation on the day or no-show: 100%.

【 Important Notice】
Regardless of the number of reservations, cancellations are permitted only once (in accordance with our cancellation policy).
For the second and any subsequent cancellations, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged, regardless of the cancellation policy.
Please take this into consideration when making your reservation.

 FAQ

Q.Do you operate on rainy days?
A.We will operate even on rainy days.
Our boats are roofed, so you can board even on rainy days.
They are also air-conditioned for your comfort.
We will contact you after 5:00 p.m. on the day before your reservation to let you know our decision on the operation of the boat the day before.
In the unlikely event that the boat is cancelled due to stormy weather, we will inform you by this advance notice.

Q.Can I ride with my dog?
A.Yes, you may board without a kennel when chartering a boat.
In this case, we ask that owners keep their pets on a leash.
We do not allow boarding for shared rides.

Q.Can I bring my own food and drink?
A.Yes, you may bring your own food and beverages, including alcohol, for your private party.
Please take your garbage home with you.
For the Petit Meguro River course, please refrain from eating.

Q.Is there a restroom available?
A.Yes, they are on board.
However, the restrooms are small and cramped, so we recommend that you use them beforehand.

Q.Can I change my payment method?
A.Basically, we request credit card payment (VISA or Master card only)  in advance.
If you are a corporation and wish to pay by invoice, please contact us.

Q.Can I go out on deck?
A.Yes, it is possible to go out to the rear deck.
You can go out even if it is raining, but please refrain from using umbrellas.
On the Meguro River course, it is possible to sit and enjoy the cherry blossoms not only on the rear deck but also on the front deck.
It is also possible to enjoy the cherry blossoms sitting on the front deck as well as the rear deck.

Q.Can I change the number of people after the reservation is confirmed?
A.Yes, changes can be made within the limit of 8 people.
Please let us know if there are any changes.

Q.What will the operation be like once the cherry blossoms have fallen?
A.No refunds will be made. If you wish on the day of the tour, we can change the route to Tokyo Port, etc.
We will be happy to change the course.
