京料理の名店「祇園丸山」での修行を経て、スロバキア共和国日本国大使館公邸料理人や、モルディブの5ツ星リゾートホテル「soneva fushi」料理長、天ぷら屋「銀座天春」店主を歴任。2020年東京オリンピックパラリンピック選手村料理人、プライベートジェット機内食を担当するほか、海外和食料理店のプロデュースや各国のイベントシェフも多数手がける。

The Young Master of Kaiseki Ryori Kisen
After training at the renowned Kyoto cuisine restaurant Gion Maruyama, Eguchi worked as a chef at the Embassy of Japan in the Slovak Republic, the head chef at the five-star resort Soneva Fushi in the Maldives, and the owner of the tempura restaurant Ginza Tenharu. In 2020, he served as the chef for the Tokyo Olympic/Paralympic Athletes Village, handled in-flight meals for private jets, produced Japanese cuisine restaurants overseas, and worked as an event chef at numerous events.
